BADASS Helmet Warranty Registration

BADASS Helmet has a Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects. This is for a defect coming from factory production and covers locks, straps and the shell. For the Diamonds in the Ruff helmet, it also covers loss of crystals. This presumes that you’ve taken relative care of the helmet. BADASS Helmet will decide whether a helmet replacement or a part replacement is necessary and BADASS Helmet has sole determination if a helmet meets the warranty coverage.

What is NOT covered: scratches, scrapes, dings, dents or any type of cosmetic damage caused by dropping, negligence or abuse. Normal wear and tear is not covered, nor is intentional damage.

To file a claim, please contact BADASS Helmet directly at badasshelmets@comcast.net. You will need to receive a Warranty Return number. BADASS Helmet does not pay for helmets to be returned but will ship the replacement for free.
