MILITARY ORDER: FREE Shipping BUT ONLY to a military BASE ADDRESS, no exceptions. For up to two helmets.

IMPORTANT: IF you purchased ANY BADASS helmet at ANY STORE, then you need to call them if you have a helmet issue, as the helmet was purchased from THEM and not us. The helmet size and strap fit should have been tried on and adjusted IN the store BEFORE you purchased to make sure all was correct and comfortable. We are NOT responsible for ANY helmet that was purchased in any store, unless it is a warranty issue due to a manufacturing defect. Please call the store and follow their store policies if you have an issue you did NOT take care of BEFORE you purchased.  Please contact us if it is a warranty issue.  You will need your receipt and a Warranty Return # to return a helmet for warranty purposes.

ALL INFO REGARDING SIZE EXCHANGES LISTED BELOW IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED.

IS THE HELMET you received too BIG, or too small? Whatever the case, it’s no problem to EXCHANGE out your helmet for another size or style! Just follow the Return Authorization (RA) steps listed below.

Due to State Laws on D.O.T Helmets, we offer size or model EXCHANGES ONLY.

NO REFUNDS on ANY of our DOT Helmets:
  • CONTACT US to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. 1.866.334.3563. A Return Authorization (RA) number IS REQUIRED on ALL helmet exchanges. NO exceptions.
  • An RA # number must be issued within 7 days of delivery receipt.
  • The RA # number you receive must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and on your original invoice.
  • Your original invoice MUST be returned with your Helmet, including a reason for your exchange and what you're wanting to exchange for.
  • Helmet Exchanges without an RA # number or after 7 days of delivery, will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
  • ALL helmet exchanges must be returned to the BADASS Helmet/ Hells Bells Customs Address given to you when you call for an RA #, you must get a tracking number for proof of shipment back to us. No Exceptions. BADASS Helmet/Hells Bells Customs will not be responsible or held liable for any exchange return that did not follow these (6) six requirements.

Conditions

All helmets being exchanged MUST meet the following conditions to be accepted:

  • ALL helmets must be returned in their original condition, in new, unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and in resellable condition to be accepted for an exchange.
  • NO helmet will be accepted for an exchange that is returned having fingerprints, scuffs, scratches or any kind of marring to the surface of the helmet shell, damage to the interior of the helmet or any custom alterations of any 3D artistry.
  • Under no circumstance will an exchange be issued for a helmet that is considered “damaged” or not resellable. Any damaged helmets will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Customers are responsible for properly packaging, shipping and insuring their helmet exchange to us. We are not responsible for items while in transit to us, you must get a tracking number and insurance for the value of the item.
  • Due to state mandates, there are NO REFUNDS on DOT helmets. We can ONLY offer a SIZE or style EXCHANGE.

ALL shipping and handling charges are non-returnable/ non-refundable for any reason. Customer is responsible for any and all exchange shipping charges, this includes the exchange shipping we charge of $12.99 back to the customer in the USA, Canadian charges would be determined.

All helmets returned for exchange are subject to our approval. Any return NOT meeting our return criteria will be returned to you at your expense.

ALL Helmet Returns are for exchange ONLY and are inspected upon return to ensure that they meet all the conditions of the exchange policy. Any helmet(s) not meeting the return conditions for an exchange will be held for return to you at your expense.

Please allow 10 business days for exchange processing, time starts after we have received the item for processing not from date of mailing. Missing or incomplete information, may result in delays of up to 2 weeks.
